Adapter Spools and Wear Sleeves

When handling abrasive, fine or dusty materials, adapter spools and wear sleeves may be required. The spools are cast aluminum, drilled for installation on the hopper flange and the valve. Iris Valves installed on hoppers or chutes which discharge into open containers may require a single adapter assembly consisting of one spool and one wear sleeve. Valves installed in continuous chutes or ducts may require a dual adapter assembly consisting of two spools and one wear sleeve.
